Symtrex Inc. maintains high standards for the protection of privacy
over the Internet. The purpose of this statement is to explain the information
Symtrex Inc. obtains about visitors to our Web Site, how the information
is obtained, and how it is used.

Collection and Use of Information
To gauge the effectiveness of our Web Site, we do collect some non-individually-identifiable
generic information about our visitors on our operational system. Our
web server automatically recognize a visitor's domain name (such as
.com, .edu, etc.), the web page from which a visitor enters our site
and which pages a visitor navigates to on our site. This information
does not reveal a visitor's identity. We aggregate this information
and use it to evaluate and improve our Web Site
Symtrex Inc. asks for specific personal information from our static
Web Site. The information that is received is for very stated purposes
which are detailed on the page requesting the information. In general,
information is used to respond to inquiries for further information
or requested materials, or when visitors submit resumes. Personal information
may contain but is not limited to: name, address, job title, phone number,
and e-mail address. Additional demographic information is not requested.
If a visitor does not wish to provide sensitive information over the
Internet, visitors have the option of providing that information via
regular post, phone, or fax.
Symtrex Inc. uses best efforts to ensure that personal information
of children under the age of 13 are not intentionally collected or maintained.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
There is no need to register on the static Symtrex Inc. site to gain
entrance. All personally identifying information provided to Symtrex
Inc. is provided voluntarily by its visitors. Symtrex Inc. will never
sell, release or given any visitors information to any third party without
prior written permission and approval.
All visitors have the right to access their personal information that
has been transmitted by the Web site. All information is disposed of
after services are completed or at the request of the individual/company.
Your information is not made available to any third party unless consent
is provided in advance and only when necessary to perform a service
that would be beneficially to the visitor.
Symtrex Inc. is not responsible for maintaining the accuracy of personal
information collected via the Web Site or e-mail, although best efforts
are used to make appropriate corrections based on updated information
provided by visitors.
Access to Password Protected/Secure Area
Access to and use of password protected and /or secured areas of the
web site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals
attempting to access these areas of the web site may be subject to prosecution.
Security
Symtrex Inc. has in place high standards for security both technologically
and physically to protect all information provided by visitors from
loss, corruption, and misuse. Only Symtrex Inc. personnel have access
to the identifiable personal information that has been provided through
either the Web Site or e-mails. All employees are required to maintain
confidentiality of any sensitive data. This also applies to any agents,
affiliates or contractors of Symtrex Inc. who may receive the information
from time to time. There are links on Symtrex Inc.'s web site that takes
you to other web sites Symtrex Inc. is not responsible for privacy practices
of other web sites
